1 How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include ALL of the following:

• Your identification: Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Description of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list.
• Location of infringing content: Provide the exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• Good faith statement: Include this statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• Accuracy statement: Include: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
• Your signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2 What Happens After You Submit

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• Review the claim and verify the information provided.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly if the notice is valid.
• Notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed.
• Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

Incomplete or invalid notices will not be processed. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

3 Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action.

4 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track all DMCA notices received and take appropriate action against repeat offenders, including permanent account termination.

5 False DMCA Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the site owner, or the hosting company.
